This diet plan is based on 600 calories a day.

This is a type of low-calorie diet based on the limited consumption of fruits and vegetables not only provide few calories to the body but also contain more fiber and vitamins than many other foods.

* Broccoli with peppers, mushrooms, onions, cauliflower

Picnic:

* 1 green tea
* 5 crackers
* 1 yogurt

For dinner:

* Salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce
* 2 tangerines

Total calories: 591

Day 3:

For breakfast:

* 1 yogurt
* 1 apple

To eat mid-morning:

* 3 slices of pineapple

To eat:

* Mandarin Spinach Salad
* Roast Chicken
* Media block

Picnic:

* 1 green tea
* Media block

For dinner:

* Roasted Peppers and Broccoli

Day 4:

For breakfast:

* 1 yogurt
* 1 slice of watermelon

To eat mid-morning:

* 1 apple
* 1 tangerine

To eat:

* A baked potato with beetroot and roasted eggplant

Picnic:

* 1 green tea
* 5 cookies
* 1 yogurt

For dinner:

* Lettuce and tomato salad with mushrooms and roasted onions
* A slice of pineapple

Total Calories: 588

Day 5:

For breakfast:

* 1 slice pineapple
* 1 cup yogurt

* To eat mid-morning:
* 1 piece of Sandia

To eat:

* Chicken with broccoli, cauliflower, onions and mushrooms

Picnic:

* 1 Green Tea
* 5 cookies

For dinner:

* Grilled eggplant with lettuce and tomatoes

Day 6:

For breakfast:

* 1 Yogurt
* 1 apple

To eat mid-morning:

To eat mid-afternoon:

* 1 green tea

Day 7

For breakfast:

* 1 apple

To eat mid-morning:

* 3 slices of pineapple

To eat:

* Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken Mandarin and half 1 apple

Picnic:

* 1 green tea

For dinner:

* Roasted Peppers and Roasted Broccoli
